Development & Communication Assistant

The Development and Communication assistant role at Dikan offers a unique opportunity for talented individuals to gain immersive experience in the field of communication. This program is designed to provide hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world projects that will shape participants into well-rounded professionals.

As a participant in this program, you will have the chance to contribute to both internal and external communications efforts. Working closely with a dynamic team, you will assist in coordinating and developing internal initiatives that support our communication practices. Throughout the 1-year program, you will gain practical experience in areas such as grant writing, partnership proposals, and more.

Qualifications for this role include knowledge of art history or a related field, an understanding of education and the creative industry, and strong communication skills. Applicants should have graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, and or Public relations or a related field
