Our vision is to cultivate and equip a high-potential talent pool for exciting career opportunities in art, education, and heritage through three core programs: Growing into the Future, Skills,Development, and Job Creation.

During the program, graduates will hone their strategic thinking and influencing skills by planning, overseeing, and executing challenging projects selected from a project pool. This development program is tailored for new graduates eager to step into dynamic roles within their fields and embark on an intense learning journey. Our aim is to forge innovative future leaders and specialists who will become true catalysts Africa’s problem-solvers.

ArtPath is open to bachelor’s level applicants and covers a broad range of functions and specialties. The program opens many doors, kick-starting your career and helping you create connections that will last a lifetime.
